(Portland, OR) – Brewmaster, Chad Kennedy, is back with the news…
…I know I’ve heard the background song before but can’t quite put my finger on what it is. Without further ado:
Laurelwood Framboise, the brewery’s two-year barrel project, is finally bottled and available in the Portland market. Only 20 cases were made so get some now (if it isn’t already too late). Sightings within the last couple days include The Beer Mongers and Bridgetown Beerhouse.
Laurelwood Bald Face Truth bottles are now available for pre-orders. Per the brewery site, “We can only take orders from people 21 years of age or older. Cases can be picked up after November 30th, 2010 at our 51st and Sandy location. We cannot ship beer; it will have to be picked up at the brewery. There were only 95 cases of BFTT bottled. Each case contains 12, 22 oz bottles of this beautiful beer. Each case is $48 which includes deposit.” Check out that link to order.
Finally, Laurelwood is seeking advice on naming a new Belgian-style Tripel with peppercorns. It sounds like it’s being made for the Holiday Ale Festival but it’s left kind of ambiguous. Anyway, email Chad AT laurelwoodbrewpub DOT com with your suggestions.
