(Kinston, NC) – Mother Earth Brewing has a new release coming early next month.

Be on the lookout for Mother Earth Silent Night, a Bourbon Barrel-aged Imperial Stout, in 750s during the first week of December. The brewery announced the release on Facebook yesterday.

Our Head Brewer Says… “Embellished with a hint of coffee and a touch of molasses, you’ll enjoy a bold, yet delightfully smooth brew. I pronounce this Barrel Aged Imperial Stout a sipper.”

Food Pairings: Easily overpowers most main dishes but stands up to Foie gras and smoked goose or game. Long aged Gouda, Chocolate raspberry mousse cake.
