…Brian Strumke notes that Stillwater Ales‘ recent collaboration with Alvinne is called, “Wilde West, a golden sour dry hopped with Chinook and Columbus.”
…Ithaca Beer Co. on its new bottling line, “With the new line, we now have the ability to bottle up to 80 bottles/minute, which will quadruple output capabilities and improve the bottled product quality. It will also allow us to automate the bottling process of the Excelsior! Series, which was manually bottled on a 6-filler line prior.”
…From Half Acre Beer Co.‘s blog post, “[…] we brewed a session pale ale called, Callow Knife, to join cold spell. This beer is a malt twin to Daisy Cutter, but we dry hopped the snot out of it with Falconer and Citra hops. […] We should release next Friday Jan 28. It will be draft only […]” The brewery also recently announced that it is canning Over Ale for the first time in the next couple weeks.

…Per a post on Beer Advocate, “Beaver Brewing Company will be releasing their Chamomile Wheat Beer in February. Made with real chamomile flowers. Availability will be in Western PA only for year 1 but hoping to have a larger distribution for year 2. The beer contains Hallertau and Fuggle hops.”
