Espresso Stout
We are still pouring our Espresso Stout, brewed with freshly roasted espresso beans from our friends at the Black Cow Coffee Company in Croton on Hudson

Dark and rich with a smooth coffee flavor from the beans that we add to the whirpool before we cool it down for fermentation. 6.0% abv
Winter Rye
This is a onetime beer that we brewed using organic rye and crystal malt from our friends at Valley Malting Co in Massachusetts.

They are a micro maltster, one of only a handful in the county, and they are doing some cool stuff.
The beer is a draft only release and is on tap in the tasting room for growlers as well as in the better beer bars throughout the NY metro area.
Brewed with our German yeast stain and lightly dry hopped with US Goldings. 5.0% abv
5 Years Later
Our 5 year anniversary beer will make its debut this Saturday at the brewery in 750ml bottles. This is the biggest beer we have made to date using the most malt and hops we have ever put through our system!
It is black in color, a touch malty and loaded with hops the whole way through
Available at the brewery and throughout the NY metro starting next week. We filled a few kegs so be on the lookout for it at better beer bars.
