(Ithaca, NY) – Ithaca Beer Co. delves further into funkification.
More experiments coming out of northern New York (and NJ?)…here’s the latest from today’s newsletter:
Brewed in continuation of the theme of last year’s highly sought after collaboration brew, SF-IPA, Ithaca Beer announces plans to brew another collaborative all-brett beer in early March. This time, our sights are set on an all-brett porter!
This porter made with brettanomyces, and tentatively titled, Dark Humor, will be the product of Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant Media’s brewing mastermind, Bobby Barrar and Ithaca Beer’s very own, Jeff “Chief” O’Neil.
Brewing of Dark Humor will take place early March and will be available on draft in VERY limited markets. As of now, no release date has been set, but expect it to arrive in late Spring this year.
Let us know what you think of the initial artwork above, and check in at Ithaca Beer soon for more release information and story behind the beer!
Can’t wait to try this!
