Over ten new beer labels to peruse…
Mystic Saison: Label reads, “The ancient art of brewing Saison is about crafting a native beer. Saison is an expression of a place, a time and a people. It originated as a respite for summer laborers – a reward for the diligent. Today, it is a tradition more than a style, a grand form of modest intentions. Mystic Saison is brewed with traditionally malted barley, wheat, oats and Hallertau hops. It springs to life in our New England fermentorium via the Mystic works of our peculiar but charming house yeast, Renaud. Natural carbonation is achieved by unfiltered refermentation in the bottle. We offer our work for your delight. Proost!”

If “Hop Stash” was to be a draft only… why make a label? Inquiring minds want to know if it will be bottled.
Good catch. When I linked to that older article I did not re-read it. This may be something that is limited to only a certain number of cases. Maybe that is why they didn’t announce it was coming in bottles previously and I just kind of leaked that 😉
