Flossmoor Station 15th Anniversary Abbey Style Tripel: Celebrating our 15th anniversary this July 8th, 2011, we brewed this special Belgian inspired Tripel to commemorate the occasion. This golden ale exuberates a nose of earthy spices mixed with a bouquet of fruity aromas. A malty body that finishes slightly dry is backed by a substantial 15% ABV, which is to celebrate our 15 years of dedication and devotion to harnessing the wonder that is beer. – Head Brewer, Nick Barron
Hops: Magnum and Crystal, Malts: Pilsner, Carapils & Demarara Sugar
Dundee English-style Ale: Back in merry olde England, the roadside inns were abuzz with banter and smiling glances from buxom barmaids – barmaids who, we might add, brewed the ale they served. In their honor, our brewers treat each batch of Dundee English-style Ale they brew with the same love and care as the barmaids of old, combining pale and caramel malts with Columbus and Cascade hops for a malty, slightly sweet finish. Now, if only they’d stop dressing like barmaids…
Rennaissance Craftsman Chocolate Oatmeal Stout: Craftsman is our chocolate oatmeal stout. To brew it, we add a proportion of oatmeal to the mash for a velvety smooth mouthfeel, and plenty of dark roasted cocoa nibs to the mash, boil and fermentor. The result is a rich, intense stout enhanced with notes of dark chocolate that gradually gives way to a subtle hop finish. With malt and chocolate flavours, Craftsman pairs well with any dessert, or match it with hearty fare such as venison and beef. 500ml bottles. Imported by Shelton Brothers.
