(Kalamazoo, MI) – Just what the title says…
Not sure what the story is here but I did hear about this recently. Bell’s Brewery has label approval now for five new Amber Ale images. Rather than speculate on what this is about, I’m just going to chalk this one up as “developing” for the moment (at least until Bell’s opens its office). Label approvals are not always finalized either so keep that in mind.
This beer has been around since the beginning in 1985.
You can see the current Bell’s Amber Ale artwork here.
I enjoy the current label of the Amber….even though these are cool labels…..its kinda like if the Detroit Tigers decided to get new logo and uniforms….I wouldn’t mess with a good thing. 🙂
They looklike really bad Bob Ross paintings.
No such thing, all Bob Ross paintings are amazing.
Here’s to the new labels and to Bell’s, may it thrive and not follow the footsteps of this now-closed Vermont brewery … http://placeitonluckydan.com/2011/01/vermont-craft-brewery-bad-economy/
Hate the new lables. The old one with the Heron was better but as long as the beer stays as good, its no biggie.
