(Philadelphia, PA) – According to Bella Vista Beer Distributors [a BN sponsor], the company has just signed FiftyFifty Brewing to a distribution deal in Pennsylvania. Bella Vista is based in Philadelphia.
FiftyFifty is most well-known in beer geek circles for its Eclipse Imperial Stout series and those will be the first beers that come into the market according to BV Brand Manager, Jordan Fetfatzes.
“We expect to see at least four variations of Eclipse come to the Philadelphia Market by end of year.”
For 2011, FiftyFifty is making the following Eclipse variations:
Elijah Craig 12 year Barrel
Four Roses Single Barrel
Rittenhouse Rye Barrel
Elijah Craig 20 year Barrel
Brandy Barrel Blend
Buffalo Trace Barrel Blend
Brewmaster’s Grand Cru Blend
Not all of these will necessarily be available in Pennsylvania. More information on the Eclipse series can be found on the brewery’s website.
Totality Imperial Stout, the base beer for the Eclipse series, just won a bronze medal at the Great American Beer Festival.
“We hope to soon see their other beers like Concentrated Evil, Donner Party Porter and Totality.”
