The beauty of making beer. In fact, I believe that is got real bad real quickly because they observe an environmentally-sound way of neutralizing and treating their wastewater and they didnt account for treating it with increased production.
Kudos for increased production! The surrounding area should be proud for having a successful local brewery. Tell ’em to go have a beer!
