(Wake Forest, NC) — White Street Brewing Co. is slated to open in the Spring of 2012 in historic downtown Wake Forest as the area’s first brewery. Located at 218 South White Street, the new brewing facility and tap room will offer an assortment of hand-crafted, small batch ales and lagers made on premises by a full-time brewmaster.

Patrons will be able to buy four different types of beer as well as special seasonal offerings. The White Street Brewing Co. label will also be sold throughout the Triangle and state.

Dino Radosta, a historic community developer and owner of White Street Brewing Co., says historic downtown Wake Forest is on the verge of becoming the arts and entertainment district envisioned by the town’s leaders. “The new White Street Brewing Co. will complement the mix of existing businesses in the heart of Wake Forest as well as those yet to come,” Radosta adds.

Radosta has lived in the area with his wife, Tina, and three sons since 1997. He purchased three Wake Forest buildings on White Street in 2008, including the 4,000-square-foot building constructed in the 1930s that will be home to the brewery.
