Blue Moon planning to expand high ABV line

Tenth & Blake President Tom Cardella recently told Shanken News Daily the group planned “a specialty series of higher-alcohol beers” under the Blue Moon banner. Another entry, Blue Moon Vintage Blonde, was test marketed in recent months in Seattle, Colorado Springs, Chicago, Rochester and northern New Jersey.

  2. Tried some of their Vintage Blonde at a beer festival, wasnt that impressed, want to try some of their peanut butter beer I saw at a festival, by the time I got over there it was gone.

  3. Considering I’ve sold a grand total of one botle of Grand Cru since we got the case in last year, maybe they should just keep these things to themselves.

  4. I always wondered what market the Grand Cru is/was supposed to be for. Blue Moon drinkers wouldn’t buy it (too much $, etc.,) and “beer geeks” wouldn’t buy it either.
