Sierra Nevada Ruthless Rye IPA mini-update

Sierra Nevada Communications Coordinator, Bill Manley, provided the following update on Ruthless Rye IPA this week…

It will probably go through two more iterations before it’s in production. (in fact, I had version 4 yesterday) The version you had was brewed with 2010 hops. The production batch will use the new 2011 crop so should have a more pronounced hop nose.

It is +/- 6.6% ABV high 50’s IBU and dry-hopped with Experimental varieties (366,) Citra, and Chinook.

Won’t be on draught until the official release in January.
