I wondered who it might be…Titletown seems more likely since it’s a current one of theirs. Steelhead’s hasn’t been reviewed since 2002 on BA, and is only listed on their site as a GABF winner in 2001 and 2002. Probably haven’t brewed it in years….
Then again, if you stare at that PDF intensely enough, it looks like there’s an OR (Oregon) in the blacked-out address of the attorney…
I worked as a brewer at steelhead and we/they have been brewing it consistently since we first concocted the brew. It IS a steelhead original.. Always had been and always will be. ANY other brewery that tries to duplicate it WILL recieve a cease and desist order. Understood?!!!
Curious – did they also threaten Dry Dock and Titletown?
