My Antonia: Hey, ale lovers: Here’s a lager for you. My Antonia, named after the Willa Cather novella, is a continually-hopped imperial pilsner that’s citrusy, sweet and refined. 7.5% ABV.
Chateau Jiahu: Travel back 9,000 years with us and give this liquid time capsule a try. Chateau Jiahu, whose ingredient list was unearthed from an ancient tomb in China, is made with hawthorn fruit, sake, rice, barley and honey. 10% ABV.
Red & White: This marriage of witbier and wine is brewed with coriander and orange peel, fermented with pinot noir juice and aged in giant oak tanks. Goes great with red meat or a reuben. 10% ABV.
