Brewer’s Notes:
Old Town Yard is a collaboration beer between brewers Gavin and John. An interpretation of the classic lager called Helles, Gavin and John used many techniques rarely, if ever, used within the walls of Goose island’s Fulton Street Brewery. The result is a bright golden lager with a delicate malt sweetness, subtle, grassy Noble hop character, and a crisp, refreshing body.
