Southampton brewmaster, Phil Markowski, joining Two Roads Brewing
Phil Markowski, long time brewer at Southampton Publick House on Long Island, will join Two Roads Brewing Co. as its brewmaster on April 16. Two Roads is a contract-focused brewery which is scheduled to open in Stratford, Conn. next September.
Two Roads is the mega brewery we mentioned a while back that is planning to focus on contract production. Two Roads’ is the brainchild of former Pabst Chief Marketing Officer, Brad Hittle.
