Ale Asylum expects breakout year in 2013
That capacity was a pat 9,999 barrels in 2011, enough for Ale Asylum beers to be consistently available in just three markets: Madison, Milwaukee and Sheboygan. The new brewery eventually will have a capacity of 50,000 barrels. It will allow Ale Asylum beer to flow to the rest of the state and beyond, and distributors are already lined up in several new markets. Dilba said the brewery expects to kick out 12,000 barrels this year before the “floodgates open” for those new markets in 2013.
