Flying Fish update: Farmhouse Ale and expansion

flying-fish-logo-180(Somerdale, NJ) – Quick update from today’s Flying Fish Brewing newsletter.

All 13 of the new fermenters are now in place, most of the packaging conveyor is in and now we’re just starting to hook everything up. Brewery is still in the ugly ducking stage, but it’s slowly going to grow from a dusty construction site to a shiny state of the art brewery. Looks like we’ll start test brewing next month.

Hard to believe this tasty stuff is now entering its 16th summer. Farmhouse should be at your favorite retailer and tavern by the time you read this. The perfect summer beer, Farmhouse Ale is brewed with pale malt, a small percentage of wheat and hopped with imported Styrian Goldings. A sour mash gives this beer its signature dryness and great drinkability.

Farmhouse is available in 12 oz. bottles, 1/6 and 1/2 kegs. If you don’t see it, ask your local retailer to get it!
