Stone Brewing’s Greg Koch Q&A (video)

(Escondido, CA) – Stone Brewing Co-Founder and CEO, Greg Koch, recently did a Q&A with Total Wine and More. Unfortunately, we didn’t learn much in this one but BeerPulse took down a few notes anyway…

– Non-committal as far as release plans for future Quingenti Millilitre Series beers.

– When asked about bringing back Stone 13th Anniversary, said no, but wouldn’t mind bringing back Stone 6th Anniversary Porter.

– Contemplated 100% Organic beer but no plans, says paperwork is “daunting.” Would like to use organic hops, malts in a beer.

– No current plans to open other restaurants outside of upcoming Liberty Station location (due to open in late 2012).

  1. Does anyone else get a little Steve Jobs feeling from him when he’s talking early in the interview?
I feel like he could pull off an acting roll at least.

  2. The correct name is Total Wines and More not Total and Wine. They have lots of loctions in the east and now Southern Cal.
Lots of craft beer is in their stores.
