Alabama lawmakers put likely end to gourmet beer bottle bill
A gourmet beer bill went stale in a procedural vote in the House on Tuesday, but the measure allowing larger containers of beer may get back on the menu. A bill by Sen. Paul Sanford, R-Huntsville, that would authorize beer containers up to 25.4 ounces for the craft beer industry failed to advance on a procedural vote called the budget isolation resolution.
