Connecticut Governor signs bill allowing Sunday alcohol sales at retailers

Gov. Dannel Malloy signed the bill to end Blue Laws prohibiting sales of alcohol on Sundays late Monday afternoon. That means consumers will be able to buy alcohol in package stores and grocery stores this coming Sunday.

Governor Malloy’s office still thinks Indiana is the only state left to outlaw alcohol sales on Sundays at retailers. Is there some loophole in Minnesota that we don’t know about?
