Lexington Avenue’s founding brewer resigns over contract dispute
Ben Pierson, founding brewer at the downtown Lexington Avenue Brewery, has resigned in what he describes as a contract dispute. Pierson is leaving LAB today. He has been at the brewery and restaurant since it began three years ago, and put together the brewing system there.
