A-B InBev stock climbs to all-time high and other Modelo-related market moves

a-b inbev logoThere have been a lot of market moves since Sunday night when the Wall Street Journal report came out about A-B InBev eyeing a Modelo buyout. Here is how it all shook out over the week:

– Constellation Brands’ stock price on the New York Stock Exchange jumped nearly 25% to $27.06 on the day. The stock climbed to a 52-week high of $27.44 at one point. It began at $20.64 on Monday.

– A-B InBev’s NYSE stock price jumped nearly 8% on the day to $79.65. It is an all-time high for the stock, which began at $71.46 on Monday. The stock is up nearly 4% on the Brazilian Exchange.

– Grupo Modelo stock on the Mexico Stock Exchange stayed relatively even on the day at $117.94, just off of an all-time high of $120. It opened at $103.75 on Monday

– SABMiller stock actually finished higher on the week.
