(Bristol, CO) – Bristol Brewing Company Outside Sales Manager, David Boone, told Colorado Craft Beer Radio on Saturday that if all goes to plan, the company’s new 30-barrel brewhouse will be operational beginning in December.
The company said of the expansion back in April:
For starters, we’re building 12,000 sq feet of additions to house our fermentation, packaging, barrel aging, storage and. . . stuff. Our brewing capacity will increase by 300%, which is a huge deal for us since we’re currently producing about 10,000 barrels a year on a system designed to brew 6,500 barrels.
The company has also said that it plans to keep sales limited to Colorado for the foreseeable future.
