(Green Bay, WI) – Per the latest Titletown Brewing newsletter…
This week, we tapped a rare Titletown fruit beer! Last Winter, you voted for us to use to resurrect our Cherry Wheat to celebrate 15 years in business. Since our friends at Hinterland Brewery now produce a nice Cherry Wheat year-round, we thought we’d change it up a little and brew with raspberries instead! We brewed “Raspbeery” with barley, wheat, and oat malts, their nutty richness complimented by plenty of fresh raspberries.
Imperial Stout: Do you remember the Imperial Stout we brewed way back in April? Well, we received three bourbon barrels and one rye whiskey barrels last week and filled them with the Imperial Stout. You can see them in our Back Beer Cellar upstairs. The beer will rest in the barrels and absorb all the whiskey goodness for at least six months.
