Nebraska Apricot au Poivre Saison returns to Reserve Series

nebraska apricot au poivre saison label(Papillion, NE) – Nebraska Brewing just sent out an email blast announcing the return of Apricot au Poivre Saison.

Our Apricot au Poivre Saison is a Belgian-style Saison created with Apricot puree, lightly spiced with Black Pepper and ages for six months n third use French Oak Chardonnay barrels.

The delicate flavors and aromas of oak, apricot, chardonnay, and pepper intertwine and create a flavor profile that is simultaneously complex and delightful.

If you’ve had our other Reserve Series beers, you’ll know that each is amazing in it’s own way, they only come out once in a blue moon and they all disappear quickly.

  1. I gave this beer a gold medal at the Los Angeles International Beer Competition. The apricot and oak are very subtle, but it is a phenomenal saison. Delicate flavors indeed, subtle brett character too. Beautiful beer.
