Brasserie Trois Dames is located in the Swiss town of Sainte-Croix. It is owned and run by Raphaël Mettler, and is named in honor of the women in his life; his wife and two daughters.
Trois Dames brews 1,400-1,500 hl per year. 80% of production goes to bottles and only 10% is exported.
