Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery to ship 50,000 cases of hard cider this year
Today, Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery owns a 7,000-square foot fermenting and bottling facility that will produce 50,000 cases this year to be distributed in 20 states. They are hardly alone – the number of cideries in New York state has doubled over the past five years, with more licenses pending.
