We’re getting excited about the upcoming changes to our product portfolio, including our new Uncharted Waters series, which will now feature our highest ABV% beers, sold seasonally in 22 oz. bottles. (Uncharted Waters takes the place of the Mutiny Fleet). Taking effect in 2013, Uncharted Waters beers will match a robust style with a wood treatment to draw out a range of complex flavors.

Siren Noire (January) A rich, velvety imperial chocolate stout transferred & aged in freshly emptied bourbon barrels

Big DIPA (March) A double IPA enhanced with oak spirals & aged for several weeks

Holy Sheet (May) Abbey-style ale aged in brandy barrels to add sinfully delicious grape & caramel notes

Great’ER Pumpkin (September) Imperial pumpkin ale brewed with pumpkin & aged in bourbon barrels

Yule Tide (December) A spiced, wood-aged winter seasonal
