(Albany, NY) – A mini-update via email from Steadfast Gluten-Free Beer’s Jeremy Hosier…
—
1. Early December, we’ll be making our first shipments to the Hudson Valley in NY via Dutchess Beer and Dana Distributors.
2. Early 2013, we’ll be making our first shipments to NYC and Long Island via SKI Beer Corp.
3. We will be introducing a new Gluten-Free style (our second flavor) to all distributors soon (TBD); the beer is called Steadfast Golden Blonde Ale. It’s fermented with a Belgian yeast, sports a more modest abv than our flagship Sorghum Pale Ale, and will have a whimsical yet engaging flavor profile. A Steadfast refresher, really.
4. 4-pack 12oz bottles of Sorghum Pale Ale are finally ready. We will be shipping to Dana, Dutchess, and SKI on their first orders; DeCrescente just got their first load for the Capital Region today.
5. The next Gluten-Free Night at The Ruck in Troy (date TBD) will feature a cask of Steadfast Sorghum Pale Ale conditioned with Cascade Hops. The first cask-conditioned Gluten-Free beer? Maybe! This innovation is in succession to the amazing flavors that came out of Randall-ing our Sorghum Pale Ale through whole leaf Simcoe hops!
