Tin Man Brewery says it’s first craft brewery to use IDD high-efficiency system
According to Spivey, Tin Man is the first craft brewery of its small size in the United States to use a special, high-efficiency brewing system with a mash filter system manufactured by IDD Processing and Packaging in Moorpark, Calif. […] This filter uses 40 percent less water and 15-20 percent less natural gas than a Lauter tun.
