
Analysts weigh in on recent Boston Beer Co. insider stock sales
James Koch launched Boston Beer, which makes several beverages including Samuel Adams beer, in 1984 and brought the concept of craft beer and microbrews to the mainstream. Between Nov. 13 and 30, he sold about 96,000 Class A shares of the company for close to $11 million.

Seems like a non-story to me. I’m guessing he sold shares, as many corporate insiders everywhere have recently, to take some gains before the very likely capital gains tax increase come January 1.
Could be the case and strange that a site like Barrons would ignore that in an article. Tried to go to the original source but appears to be part of a subscription.
