Re-iterates that the company will be at 1.4 million barrels of capacity between the Petaluma and Chicago plants when all is said and done. Will brew at a rate of 200,000 barrels out of the gate in Chicago.

Hasn’t renewed a contract with a hop dealer in past 3-4 years, now dealing directly with farmers. Wants to bring Chicago brewers into the mix in dealing directly with farmers.
IPA recipe is largely unchanged from when it was re-introduced save for the addition of a relatively small amount of Simcoe.
