Our brewing team also began the process of making further improvements to add brewing capacity at Schlafly Bottleworks, The Schlafly Tap Room and our partner brewers in TN, IA and WI who will provide much needed additional capacity for the next 5 years while we continue to consider a new Schlafly brewery and what are needs might look like.
