Tuckahoe Brewing Company finished their first year of production and they are looking forward to expanding by the end of 2013! The brewery has finances in order and several locations are being considered. They expect the new setup to produce 1000-1500 barrels annually.
Right now, their winter specialty beer is out. The New Brighton Coffee Stout is an imperial stout that uses coffee roasted by their neighbor Harry Gale of Harry and Bean’s Coffee. These Honduran and Sumatran coffee beans are used in both the boil and the fermentation process.
