Bill to block brewers from buying distributors not yet dead in Idaho
Idaho beer distributors failed to convince lawmakers to forbid beer brewers including giants Miller Coors and Anheuser-Busch Inbev from buying distributorships. The Idaho Beer and Wine Distributors Association’s measure died in the Senate State Affairs Committee Friday.
Update: According to a brewery representative in the state (per comments), the bill is not yet dead. Stay tuned.

Bill not dead. At the end of committee it was voted on to send to amending order. Reporters, like many, left before committee was adjourned.
Thanks, Sheila.
