COOP Ale Works expanding with larger facility, new canning line

coop ale works logo(Oklahoma City, OK) – Last weekend, The Colorado Craft Beer Show caught up with COOP Ale Works‘ co-founder, JD Merryweather.

– Effectively doubling space, going from 5,500 square feet to 11,000 square feet.

– Moving from Cask two-head filler to an automated Wild Goose canning line that will allow them to do 100 cases per hour

– Will bring out all six beers in cans as a result of the new canning line

– As far as expansion, staying in Oklahoma for now but looking at Northwest Arkansas then Kansas City then Texas

– Says there are now six breweries and a brewpub in OKC
