Fegley’s 15th Anniversary Ale marks milestone for Fegley’s Brew Works

Fegley's Brew Works 15th Anniversary AlePress Release:

(Bethlehem, PA) – On April 15th at the Bethlehem Brew Works, Fegley’s Brew Works will be celebrating its 15th Anniversary with a day of festivities and the debut of a limited edition beer, 15th Anniversary Ale.

Fegley’s Brew Works opened the doors of the Bethlehem Brew Works on April 15th, 1998. Fifteen years later, they now operate 2 brewpubs, as well as Fegley’s Coffee Works and Fegley’s Burrito Works in the Lehigh Valley and have a full service brewing and bottling facility at the Allentown Brew Works that distributes to all of PA and NJ.

To celebrate their 15th Anniversary, Fegley’s is hosting a day of festivities at their original location—The Bethlehem Brew Works. They plan on offering discounts all day, but the real attraction is the special release of their 15th Anniversary Ale.

This brew will be very limited, and Fegley’s expects to be out of this new beer within a few days. Brewer Lewis Thomas has been working on this limited batch and is confident that it’s going to be a success.

The Ale is a double wit. The Fegley’s have released this description: “We decided to take our famous Steelgaarden Wit up a notch. This Double Wit has all the great citrusy, spice flavors and unfiltered characteristics you love but with a special kick.” The 15th Anniversary Ale will be available in corked and caged 750ml bottles as well as on draft.

Along with this special release, the Fegley’s are putting together a throw-back menu with their favorites from 1998 presented by Bethlehem Brew Works’ Executive Chef Jill Oman. This retro menu will be available April 15th to April 20th.

The festivities will continue throughout the week in Allentown with the grand reopening of Fegley’s Burrito Works, and a special opportunity to join the Allentown Brew Works Mug Club on April 20th at their half-year auction.

Fegley’s Brew Works has been honored throughout its fifteen years with awards and accolades for their food and drink as well as their dedication to the community. They are adamant supporters of the arts, reflected in the Art Works gallery within Fegley’s Coffee Works. They also dedicate their business as a model of sustainable business practices by recycling, upcycling, and composting waste material. Their distribution brewery and brewpub is run by wind and solar energy sources.
