AC Golden releases 3.2% ABV version of Colorado Native Lager in local supermarkets

Colorado Native LagerPress Release:

(Golden, CO) – AC Golden Brewing Company is introducing a 3.2 alcohol version of Colorado Native for sale in grocery stores around Colorado. Throughout this month, six-pack bottles of the beer will be delivered to Safeway, Target, Walmart, King Soopers and City Market grocery stores throughout the state.

“Our fans have been asking us to make Colorado Native available in grocery stores,” said Glenn Knippenberg, co-founder and president of AC Golden Brewing. “We’re glad we are able to respond, and just in time for summer.”

Colorado Native is the only beer made with 100 percent Colorado ingredients: barley from the San Luis Valley, hops from around the state, Rocky Mountain water, and the oldest variety of brewing yeast in the state.

“Using all Colorado ingredients helps support our state’s agricultural community and gives Coloradans a 100 percent local beer to enjoy,” said Knippenberg.

Along with all local ingredients, the beer’s bottles and cans are made in the state, and the beer is sold only in Colorado, further reducing Colorado Native’s carbon footprint.

AC Golden Brewing Company specializes in brewing handcrafted beers in small batches for discriminating drinkers. The brewery is located in Golden, Colo.
