Ilkley Brewery beers hit U.S. market for first time this week
Chris Ives, managing director and founder of Ilkley Brewery, made the breakthrough with a panel of distributors and beer experts after joining two trade missions to find new markets for his best-selling brands. Almost 15,000 bottles of three leading Ilkley brands should be on sale in bars and restaurants in Alabama and Georgia as well as the states of New York and Washington this week.

It’s an odd selection of places to start distributing – Alabama and Georgia? It could do quite well in the northeast – I’d love to have it in Philly, really enjoyed some of their beers in the UK.
