no-li brewhouse logo square(Spokane, WA) – No-Li Brewhouse recently completed the addition of a new cellar, converting it from the brewery’s original cooler, according to partner, John Bryant.

It comes at a time when the company is two weeks behind on filling orders and capacity is only the hold-up.

“We installed the tenth 30-barrel fermenter on Thursday and brewed into it. We have two 60-barrel tanks on order and are now realizing that we will need two more. The new cellar will hold approximately seven 60-barrel fermenters.”

Annual capacity remains at 7,000 barrels until the 60-barrel tanks start rolling in.

No-Li is now available in Washington State, Washington, D.C., Baltimore, North Carolina, Colorado, N. Idaho and Alaska with North Carolina being the most recent entry in late April.

“We are on hold with new markets for now.”
