
Prairie Artisan Ales to start brewing at its own facility in next few months
Prairie’s been producing via a contract-brewing setup with nearby Krebs (not the cycle), but last week Chase filed for federal licensing of their new 4,000-square-foot facility in western Tulsa, with plans to transition a good chunk of the brewing there in the next few months. Despite having just opened last September, Prairie currently makes seven of the ten top-rated beers brewed in Oklahoma.
