Variance approval by town would allow Bell’s Brewery to add 24 more tanks
The hearing will cover an application filed by the architectural firm Byce and Associates on behalf of Bell’s Brewery to allow a 7 ft. variance from the maximum 40 ft. building height outlined in the township’s zoning ordinance for buildings located in the township’s "light manufacturing" district. The additional space would be used to install 24 fermentation tanks in Bell’s facility located at 8638 Krum Ave.
