Avancé

500 pounds of strawberries from Doles Orchard in Limington, Maine, arrived at the beginning of the month. They didn’t follow up but it is safe to say that beer is now in the tanks.

Confluence 2013

(Posted on July 2 on Facebook)

“2013 Confluence is now on sale in our retail store! Created with a mixed fermentation; it utilizes our house Belgian style yeast in combination with our proprietary Brett strain.

It then goes through a long aging process in stainless steel tanks to enhance the flavors. Before bottling, it’s dry hopped with a Glacier hops.

You should start seeing it in other stores within the next few weeks.”
