Knee Deep Midnight Hoppyness Hop Rows

(Lincoln, CA) – Knee Deep Brewing has some new and returning beers coming up according to founder, Jeremy Warren with some first appearances in bottles.

Up next (in August) is Midnight Hoppyness Imperial Black Rye IPA, weighing in at 9.5% ABV and 100 IBUs. Barring a minor change or two the label you see above is the one you will see on bottles. Hoparillo 3x IPA and Hopoholic 4x IPA will follow in the fall in bottles and draft as well.

Coming this month on the MEPS schedule, per the website, is Cali Classic American Pale Ale. The beer is “brewed with Cascade and Centennial hops and does not lack in aroma. Our version of a West Coast Pale Ale. 6.5% ABV.”

On deck on the MEPS schedule is Gimme A Second Wheat IPA. This beer “is a 7% ABV Wheat IPA brewed with wheat malts and hopped up with Centennial, Cascade, Chinook and Amarillo hops. Will be released by end of July 2013 and will be draft only.”

Last but not least, Warren posted a photo of some brettanomyces bruxellensis (WLP 444) vials on Twitter recently. The contents of those vials were used to make Sour Simtra and Hoptologist. “Will be available during growler fills,” says the tweet.
