More Pipeworks Citra Ninja will have to wait as Citra hop demand overwhelms supply
Perhaps the best, and most well-received, was a Citra hop-focused double India pale ale called Citra Ninja, says brewer Beejay Oslon. Yet, the brewery’s Citra hop order for the year was cut 30 percent because its supplier couldn’t keep up with demand, he says. So the brewery will have to wait to brew it again. And that’s not unexpected, Oslon says.
