Proposed St. Paul brewery will focus on “nutritional beers”
Sweasy and his two partners will be brewing what they call "nutritional beers" in addition to more traditional brews. "They’ll be delicious, flavorful and a little better for you than the average beer," Sweasy said. For example, one beer could include flax seed for the Omega 3 fatty acid it would supply.
Whether the TTB will allow them to communicate nutritional benefits on the label is another thing (if they distribute).
