
Arkansas Beverage Control enforces order disallowing single container sales less than 500ml
the Arkansas Beverage Control Division began enforcing an ‘order’ that prohibits the sale of a single container of beer less than 16.9oz. This is going to hurt all of us who like to buy single, high gravity (alcohol) beers. As of this past week, stores cannot sell you less than three regular sized containers of beer, and those three must be packaged before they get to the register.
