When the bottle is tipped, the wine comes streaming through the needle and out a small nozzle.
When the needle is removed, the hole in the cork seals itself.
It is marketed toward affluent wine consumers but could hypothetically work for corked beer as well?

$300? That’s pretty steep.
Based on how it works and how small the opening is, I don’t think it’d work well for carbonated beer. I think the beer might come out flat. And if the beer is bottle conditioned, the yeast could clog the pinhole.
